I’ve spent much of my life exploring a question that reaches beyond business, success, money or achievement:
Who are we really — and why are we here?
My own journey through adversity, vision loss, a near-fatal automobile accident, personal transformation, writing, coaching and decades of searching for greater meaning eventually led me deeper into spirituality and energy work.
I am a certified Seraphim Blueprint practitioner, incorporating the principles and energetic practices of the Seraphim Blueprint into my work as a spiritual guide and soul coach.

My work with clients can explore purpose, intuition, energy, relationships, forgiveness, gratitude, limiting beliefs, personal transformation, spiritual awareness and the deeper patterns that may be influencing the direction of their lives.
I don’t believe spirituality should require someone else to tell you what you’re supposed to believe.
My role isn’t to give you your answers.
It’s to help you discover your own.
The Seraphim Blueprint
The Seraphim Blueprint is a spiritual energy system developed and taught by Ruth Rendely. Its teachings describe a progression of energetic practices intended to support life-force energy, harmony, personal development, the release of limitations and spiritual growth.
The Seraphim Blueprint has an established system of teachings and initiations. The official material traces the modern system to Ruth Rendely’s experiences beginning in 1994 and describes multiple energies and levels within the practice.
As a certified practitioner, I can incorporate Seraphim Blueprint energy work into private spiritual sessions for clients who are interested in that approach.

For me, this work isn’t about replacing medicine, therapy or other professional care.
It’s about creating another space for reflection, spiritual exploration, energetic practice, personal growth and connection with your own sense of purpose.
My books became part of the journey
My spiritual work also extends into my writing.
Through my books and the 444 LOVES philosophy, I’ve developed exercises, questions and frameworks designed to help people stop simply reading about personal transformation and begin participating in it.
That’s an important distinction.
My books aren’t meant to sit on a shelf. They’re meant to be used.
In my coaching work, I can use selected exercises, concepts and questions from my books as tools between sessions.
- A chapter might become the beginning of a conversation.
- A workbook exercise might expose a pattern.
- A question might stay with you for a week.
- A written intention might become something we revisit months later.
The books give us a framework, but your life provides the material.

I certainly don’t claim to possess them.
What decades of living, surviving, succeeding, failing, rebuilding, writing, coaching and spiritual exploration have taught me is that sometimes the quality of the question matters more than the speed of the answer.
