Building better people. Better teams. Better communities. A better future.
I work with individuals, families, youth organizations, schools, businesses, leadership teams, community organizations and other groups to take the principles behind Project 2029 Humanity and turn them into meaningful conversations, workshops, mentoring programs, retreats and real-world initiatives.
Project 2029 Humanity began with a simple question:
What kind of world are we leaving to the generations that follow us — and what can ordinary people actually do about it?
The answer became a values-driven, nonpartisan blueprint built around 70 Core Values and Vows and six foundational pillars designed to move people beyond division and toward practical action.
But Project 2029 Humanity isn’t intended to be something you simply read.
It’s something we can practice.
Blueprints for a Better Future
Six pillars. Seventy core values and vows.
Values First
Mentorship Pods
Measurable Good
Technology Serving Humanity
Protecting Childhood & Learning
Stewardship of Earth
The project’s philosophy is explicitly nonpartisan, centering values such as truthfulness, courage, pluralism, compassion, wisdom, responsibility, service, fairness, integrity, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, purpose and generosity.
The objective isn’t to tell people what to think.
It’s to help people think more deeply about how we live, how we treat one another, what we value, what we’re teaching the next generation and what kind of future we’re collectively creating.
Customized programs for corporations, schools, teams, families and communities.
Values & purpose workshops
Interactive sessions for corporations, teams, schools, nonprofits and community organizations using selected principles from the 70 Core Values and Vows. Rather than lecturing people about values, we explore what those values actually look like when applied to decisions, relationships, leadership and everyday life.
Corporate culture & values programs
Work with leadership and employees to move company values off the plaque on the wall and into actual behavior.
What does integrity mean when money is involved?
What does responsibility look like after a mistake?
How do fairness, collaboration, truthfulness and service become part of a culture?
Youth & Generation Alpha programs
Age-appropriate workshops and mentoring experiences centered around character, responsibility, courage, critical thinking, technology, compassion, leadership, creativity and purpose. Project 2029 specifically identifies younger generations as central beneficiaries of the blueprint.
Mentorship pod development
Help schools, communities, families, businesses and organizations establish small mentorship groups that bring generations together around values, guidance and practical community action. Mentorship Pods are already one of the project’s six pillars.
Leadership & ethical decision-making
Workshops built around an increasingly important question:
What do you do when the profitable decision, the popular decision and the right decision aren’t necessarily the same decision?
Technology & humanity workshops
The project treats technology as a tool that should strengthen human capability rather than diminish it, with particular concern for attention, learning, truth and developing minds. Programs can be built around that principle.
Humanity in the Age of AI
Raising Children in an Algorithmic World
AI With a Human Conscience
Community impact & service projects
Help organizations move from talking about values to demonstrating them. A company, school or community group chooses a problem, designs an initiative, executes it and measures the good created — directly aligned with the project’s Measurable Good pillar.
Keynotes & speaking engagements
Project 2029 Humanity offers a different keynote platform from a personal motivational story. Available topics include:
70 Values That Could Change the World
The Generation We Leave Behind
Beyond Red vs. Blue
Humanity in the Age of AI
What Are We Teaching Our Children?
The Awakened Silent Majority
Private purpose & values coaching
This bridges naturally into life and soul coaching. Rather than starting with “What do you want?”, we can begin with “What do you value?” — then examine whether your career, relationships, habits, money, technology use and priorities actually align with those values.
The work continues after the workshop ends
My books and workbooks become the curriculum participants receive and keep using afterward. That turns a single session into something with a longer arc:
Book
Workshop
Discussion
Action
Mentorship
Measurable impact
Instead of
Book → read it → put it on the shelf.
Combined programs & organizational retreats
A values workshop can be combined with leadership coaching, an AI and humanity discussion and an outdoor team experience.
That’s no longer a one-hour speaking engagement. That becomes a half-day, full-day, weekend or multi-session organizational program.
Programs can be designed around your organization, your people and what you’re actually trying to change.
Project 2029 Humanity is a mission-driven movement. Anyone can visit the project, read the blueprint and start applying the 70 Core Values and Vows without paying anything.
What I offer here is professional facilitation — the workshops, programs, mentoring structures and retreats that help an organization put the blueprint into practice.
Not selling an ideology. Facilitating values-driven human development.
Whether you’re a corporation, a school, a youth organization, a leadership team, a community group or an individual asking better questions about your own life, let’s build a program around what you actually value.
